How does shipping work?

Centauri Gear partners with global merchants and retailers in order to provide you with the best prices on amazing products. This means that your order is shipped from around the globe such as - United States, European Union, Russia, China, India, Hong Kong, etc.


We have partnered with USPS for deliveries in the United States. Some of our other shipping partners include -

What are the costs for shipping?

FREE. We pay for your shipping no questions asked.


Do you ship internationally?

Centauri Gear is proud to serve our customers from all over the world. So yes, we do ship internationally.


When will I receive my package?

In the United States, items usually take between 7-14 days to arrive at their destination after leaving the warehouse.


International delivery usually takes about 15-30 business days and typical shipping times to the United Kingdom, Mexico, European Union, Australia, and New Zealand are 20 business days.


Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Note: Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.


Note: In some countries, if the local delivery company may not offer tracking, we are unable to provide one as well.


The tracking number for my order stopped updating. What happened?

Specific countries such as Canada may experience longer delivery periods because the country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.


Note: If for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!


I made a large order but not all the items have arrived yet?

We ship out items in small groups as soon as they become available to avoid waiting for items that might take a little longer. Rest assured, all your items will arrive!


Are there any taxes & duties involved?

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.


Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Centauri Gear. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


What if I entered an incorrect address?

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order. If this is incorrect or your address changes within the estimated delivery time, we unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.


If you have made a mistake when ordering an item, please get in touch and we will endeavor to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.
